If the work or service provided was not completed to the agreed standard or if it does not match the agreed-upon specifications.
If there was a delayed service delivery that was not communicated in advance and negatively impacted your project.
If we are unable to provide the service after the initial consultation or assessment due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Refund Request Timeframe:
To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your refund request within 7 days after the service is completed. Requests made after this period will not be entertained unless there are exceptional circumstances.
